Dry Offset Printing

Dry offset prints up to eight colours directly onto cylindrical containers — cosmetic tubes, sealant cartridges, jars — in a single pass, with no label at all. The decoration becomes part of the container.

How it works

STEP 1

Plate making

A relief plate is made for each colour from the approved artwork, engineered for curved-surface distortion.

STEP 2

Ink transfer

Each plate inks a common blanket, assembling the complete multicolour image before it ever touches the container.

STEP 3

Single-pass decoration

The blanket rolls the full image onto the rotating tube in one contact — perfect registration at 7,000–10,000 units per hour.

STEP 4

Curing & handling

UV curing hardens the print instantly; automated handling keeps surfaces untouched until packing.
