Screen printing lays down thick, opaque ink through a fine mesh stencil — the reason a tractor decal still looks sharp after seven monsoons. It remains the most durable printing process for outdoor industrial graphics.
How it works
Artwork & pre-press
Our in-house studio prepares artwork, colour separations and film positives — one screen per colour, checked on the positive table.
Screen making
A light-sensitive emulsion is exposed through the film, washing out the image area to create a precise stencil on the mesh.
Printing in register
Each colour is printed in exact register on automatic flatbed and roll-to-roll lines — up to 10,000 metres per day.
UV curing & finishing
Inks are cured instantly under UV, then laminated, die-cut and inspected piece by piece before dispatch.
Why it matters for your product
Screen inks deposit up to ten times more pigment than digital processes, which is what delivers 5–7 year outdoor life, chemical resistance and vibrant colour on vinyl, polycarbonate and polyester. For OEM volumes it is also the most cost-effective route per part.
